can help with Child Find:
WAC
392-172-100 Child find. (1) The local district or other public agency
shall conduct child find activities that apply to students ages
birth through twenty-one for the purpose of locating, evaluating
and identifying students with a suspected disability, regardless
of the severity of their disability, who are residing within the
boundaries of the district or other public agency and who are not
currently receiving special education and related services.
