The
Computer Network Services Cooperative provides high level technical
support to participating member districts. Districts are supported
by ESD 105 technical staff who are scheduled onsite weekly. Additional
support occurs through remote management and phone support. Focuses
for support include firewalls, servers (file, caching, email, web,
print, etc.) network infrastructure (cables and switches), desktop
and peripheral installations, and even training. Each district has
the responsibility to assign priorities and tasks the assigned network
specialist will perform for its district.
